On assignment for a real estate organization, Lindsay is making an impact. She is responsible for reaching to other real estate professionals and connecting them with projects. And she’s very good at it.
While new to the industry, she has quickly become a go to employee for their trickiest cases. For one particular case, Lindsay made over 300 calls to find the right professional for the job. She has even made her own spreadsheet system to track her progress and performance.
Driven by passion, her kindness and determination has led her to success as a top performer. “She builds amazing rapport with everyone she works with,” says Ultimate Branch Manager Steven Dodge. “She has probably never met a stranger.”
This has caught the attention of on-site leadership. After only a few weeks on assignment, Lindsay earned recognition as an Employee of the Week. The CFO and a Vice President have both pulled her aside to give her individual appreciation.
