The branch will also house Adams & Martin Group, specializing in Legal Staffing. Fogg will oversee all branch operations and brings more than 15 years of diverse staffing experience, specializing in all areas of recruitment and management. She is joined by Branch Manager, Cristina Mirkovich, who has more than 8 years of staffing and human resources experience, specializing in Direct Hire for numerous industries. Honesty, ethics and integrity are at the heart of the dynamic duo’s approach to fulfilling the diverse needs of local job seekers and employers. “It is familiar territory for Cristina and me,” says Fogg. “We look forward to reaching out to our previously established contacts and making new friends.”
Team members look forward to introducing Bergen County companies and firms to VideoSelect, Ultimate Staffing’s proprietary online interviewing tool, which allows hiring managers to save hours by reviewing multiple candidates in minutes. Additionally, the company’s Talent Assessment program will give the business community insight into how Ultimate Staffing specialists go above and beyond screening resumes to uncover candidates’ talents; the traits that reveal how they apply their unique strengths and respond to workplace situations.
