Ben Roth
Founder & CEO, Roth Staffing Companies, L.P.

Ben Roth has been in the staffing industry since about the same time that Moses introduced the Ten Commandments. And that is a good thing since Roth Staffing wouldn't exist if Ben never entered the industry.

Ben Roth is an industry leader who is recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of Staffing's 100 Most Influential People. Ben authored Roth Staffing's Mission, Vision, and Values, and Purpose and Promise, creating the soul of Roth Staffing which is believed by many as the very best culture in the staffing industry.
  Ben is also known as an innovator who has pioneered programs that have shaped the industry. This may be best exemplified with the "on-premise" staffing model which he introduced to the industry in the early 1990s and now nearly a third of the total global staffing spend flows through this concept. More recently, he created the Ambassador Program®, which engages the hearts and minds of Ambassadors and enables us to fulfill the Roth Promise for our customers.

Adam Roth

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Adam manages the day-to-day operations of Roth Staffing Companies. The specialized staffing lines of Roth Staffing Companies, L.P. which are Ultimate Staffing Services, Ledgent, Adams & Martin Group and Ledgent Technology & Engineering, and all corporate departments roll under Adam's leadership. Adam orchestrates initiatives that fulfill the strategic vision and goals for the company.

Adam joined Roth Staffing after earning his B.S. from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
  He established the Adams & Martin Group legal staffing line of business and managed the business line as President for four years. Adam then served as Chief Administrative Officer of Roth Staffing Companies, L.P. for three years, overseeing the corporate departments of Human Resources, Marketing, Learning & Development and Customer Experience while continuing to manage the Adams & Martin Group business line. In 2008, he assumed the responsibilities of his role as President & COO.

Through Adam's leadership, Roth Staffing has become a great place to work. He leads the charge in shaping a tremendous culture and business platform, bringing clarity and pathways for success today and for many years to come.
Pam Sexauer
Executive Vice President, Roth Staffing Companies, L.P.

Joining Roth Staffing Companies in March 1998, Pam opened the Northern California market as a Regional Manager and rapidly displayed the ability to grow our business while embodying the ideals of our company.

Pam knows how to infuse energy and lay the foundation for friendly, caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy teams. She has been developing staffing partnerships and actively engaging the minds of coworkers for more than 26 years, with 14 of those years here at Roth Staffing Companies. She is an integral part of the organization's history and success, and helped propel the expansion of the Ultimate Staffing Services business line for more than a decade.
  In 2006, Pam was named President of Ultimate Staffing Services, our business line focused on delivering quality clerical, administrative, customer service, manufacturing & production talent. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Roth Staffing Companies in 2010, where she was responsible for overseeing branch, market and regional operations for our two largest lines of business in designated U.S. markets. In 2012, Pam was named Executive Vice President. In this role, all of Roth Staffing's field operations roll up under her executive leadership, creating synergy across business lines and greater communication among all regions in the U.S.

Julie Hagan
Sr. Vice President of Professional Services, Roth Staffing Companies, L.P.

Julie was hired as an Area Manager for Ledgent in 2004, overseeing branch locations in Sacramento and Las Vegas, and starting up branches in the Bay Area. In 2005, she was promoted to Regional Manager and grew her region to one of the most successful in the company. Julie's warm and fun management style has contributed to the increased engagement of coworkers throughout the organization.

Julie has worked in the accounting & finance staffing field since 1996. She was promoted to oversee the Ledgent line of business in 2007.
  In 2010, Julie was named Senior Vice President over all of our professional lines of business. She has oversight of the Ledgent brand and operations, as well as Adams & Martin Group. Julie is also responsible for branch operations of all three product lines in designated U.S. markets.
Kristi Kennedy
Sr. Vice President, Roth Staffing Companies, L.P.

Kristi Kennedy brings 20 years of experience in the staffing industry to her role as Senior Vice President. Kristi runs branch, market and regional operations for all lines of business for a portion of the United States. She also oversees the Strategic Alliance team responsible for the management and growth of our Strategic Alliances and successfully managing partnerships with large and national organizations, including accounts for whom we provide On-Premise, MSP and VMS staffing solutions.
  Kristi's career in staffing began in 1989, when she joined a large national staffing firm and worked her way up through the organization, ultimately earning the role of Regional Vice President. For the past eight years, she held the role of Senior Vice President of Field Operations responsible for driving growth and profitability of branch operations and strategic accounts nationwide for a large national staffing company.

Kristi's wealth of experience, enthusiasm and success on both the commercial branch side of the staffing industry, as well as strategic partnerships, helps to create remarkable experiences every day for our clients, Ambassadors and coworkers.

Jennifer Jech Simonson
Sr. Vice President & General Counsel, Roth Staffing Companies, L.P.

Jennifer Simonson served at Roth Staffing Companies as its General Counsel for more than 5 years and is now Senior Vice President and General Counsel where she oversees the Legal and Human Resources functions. On the legal side, Jennifer is responsible for managing the company's litigation, contract processes, all employment law issues, and ensuring the company's legal compliance in all jurisdictions in which we do business as it relates to both the staffing industry and, generally, as a private employer for thousands of employees. On the human resources front, Jennifer is responsible for the delivery of Roth Staffing's innovative programs and strategic HR initiatives for both its full-time and temporary employees, including hands-on, centralized management of employee relations issues for the company's temporary workforce.

  Prior to joining Roth Staffing, Jennifer represented employers and management as an employment and business litigator for 7 years. She represented clients in a variety of employment and labor relations matters, ranging from defense of discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour claims in federal and state courts to preventative counseling, advice, and preparation of workplace policies and handbooks. Jennifer also represented employers in union election matters and unfair labor practice claims before the National Labor Relations Board.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Biology from UCLA and earned her juris doctor from UC Berkeley.
Robert Hankin
Vice President, Roth Staffing Companies, L.P.

Robert Hankin brings more than 20 years of programming and technology expertise to his role as Senior Vice President at Roth Staffing Companies. He is responsible for setting the company's technology policies and priorities, as well as overseeing the company's management Information system (MIS), project management, development, and help desk teams.
  Robert joined Roth Staffing Companies in November 1999, initially as Director of MIS. During his tenure, he has reduced technology costs, increased productivity through the automation of processes, and enhanced data gathering functions. Robert and his teams have played an integral role in making life better for Roth Staffing's coworkers, Ambassadors and customers by developing and implementing industry-leading technologies, including VideoSelect™, Expedite™ and our internal staff management dashboard. Robert is a graduate of Florida International University and Florida State University.

Susan Ahrens
Vice President,Sales, Roth Staffing Companies, L.P.

Susan Ahrens joined Roth Staffing Companies as the Director of Sales in January 2011. With more than 20 years of staffing industry experience, Susan brings a wealth of recruiting, sales and training knowledge to her role. She is responsible for bringing structure and clarity to the organization's sales process and new coworker integration program.

  Throughout her career, she has specialized in commercial staffing in the disciplines of accounting and finance, IT, direct-hire, national accounts and on-premise partnerships. Susan excels in sales-related initiatives, including the implementation of a customer relationship management tool, development of training curriculum, activity and results tracking, and overall sales management responsibilities.

In January 2012, she was named Vice President of Sales of Roth Staffing, where in addition to her previous commitments she will work with branch locations to attain and sustain new financial milestones.
